Bijara provides general financial education and information for the public. Nothing in our programmes, materials, or website constitutes regulated financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product. Always consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your circumstances.
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bijara website at bijara.sbs and your participation in any workshop, programme, or course offered by Bijara. By accessing our website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms.
Bijara is operated by the business entity registered at Level 3, Setia City Mall, 7 Persiaran Setia Dagang, Setia Alam, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
2. Nature of Our Services
Bijara's programmes are general financial education services designed to help new and expecting parents build a foundational understanding of family budgeting, milestone planning, and household money management. Our facilitators are educators, not licensed financial advisers.
Content shared in our programmes reflects general educational information only. It should not be relied upon as advice tailored to any individual's personal or financial circumstances. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice before making any financial decisions.
3. Enrolment and Registration
Enrolment in any Bijara programme is subject to availability. A place is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Bijara.
By submitting an enquiry or enrolment request, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy
4. Fees and Payment
Programme fees are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of all materials stated in the programme description. Fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed with Bijara.
Bijara reserves the right to revise programme fees from time to time. Any changes will be communicated before they apply to confirmed enrolments.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
By Participants
We understand that plans change, especially for families with young children. If you need to cancel or reschedule your participation, please contact us as early as possible.
- More than 14 days before the programme date: a full transfer of your payment to another programme date or a credit note will be offered
- 7 to 14 days before the programme date: a credit note for 50% of the programme fee will be provided
- Less than 7 days before the programme date: we are unable to offer a transfer or credit note, though you may send a substitute participant in your place with advance notice

By Bijara
Bijara reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolment, facilitator unavailability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. In such cases, registered participants will be offered an alternative date or a full credit note. Bijara's liability in these circumstances is limited to the amount paid for the specific programme.
6. Attendance and Participation
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions of the programme for which they have enrolled. Bijara does not offer partial refunds or credits for missed individual sessions within a multi-session programme.
We ask all participants to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants. Bijara reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive or inconsistent with a safe and supportive learning environment, without refund.
7. Programme Materials
All worksheets, workbooks, handouts, and other materials provided as part of Bijara's programmes are for the personal, non-commercial use of the enrolled participant. These materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Bijara.
8. Website Use
You may use the Bijara website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
- Submit false or misleading information through our contact form
- Use the website to transmit unsolicited commercial communications
The content on this website — including text, images, and programme descriptions — is the property of Bijara and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Bijara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in a programme or use of the website, including any loss based on reliance placed on educational content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Bijara's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
11. Changes to These Terms
Bijara may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or enrolment in programmes after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
